Identity design – Gild

Gild is a new chain of Blow Dry Bars which will be opening in the UK at the end of 2015. The bar’s interiors will be a cross between a 1950s hairdressers and Holly Golightly’s apartment with a nod to Nordic chic. I wanted to reflect this in the logo, using Jessica Hische’s font Buttermilk and the beautiful dusky pink that will also be used in the interior of the salons.
